How to cope with stress?

Do you feel like you have no ideas? Are you mentally tired? Are your ideas blocked due to lack of relaxation and imagination?

If all of the questions above were yes, you might need to read this article.

This article does not mean to provide you a prescription to eliminate stress. Stress is like a virus since it can not be eliminated. This just can be hidden.

First, you must be honest to yourself and recognize that you are stressed.

Second, you must be willing to do something about it.

Third, Neither follow rules to wipe out your stress nor let anyone tell you what to do in order to clarify your mind. This is a personal issue so it only can be solved by you.

Set out to answer your own questions. What have made me feel stressed?, Why am I stressed out?, Which things are disturbing me?

You may say that your job and university or even your family problems are making you crazy, and these problems seem improbably to be turned into a paradise.

Now what can I do not to be suffocated about all these painful difficulties at least? How can I prevent these issues to interfere in my personal and professional life?

Relax, relax, relax, and relax again. Do not let anyone and anything disturb you. If you are already full of difficulties, you do not need another one.

Get over your problems, think about the activities you like and do them as soon as you can.

Make some time for yourself-no one else. Screaming helps you gets out of reality. Believe or not screaming helps you cope with stress. Find the right place to do it such as  a beach, a farm, a forest, and places like those.

Spend time with the people you love. Only Family member and friends who will help you relax.

Eat your favourite food. Listen to your favorite music. And be with your favorite person.

What would you prefer avoid stress or live with it?

If you have chosen the second option, please pay attention to these two things that will help you to overcome the obstacles.

After you have enjoyed and relaxed, plan as well as you can for a week. I mean create a weekly plan. The best way to avoid stress is planning.

Next, read, read, and read more. The more you read, the more you discover the people´s mind. It helps you enter in a inner world. Even when you are not the best reader, reading teach you how to analize things.

To conclude, It is better to avoid being stressed rather than being stressed and live with stress. It depends on you to be a friend of stress or to keep it far away.
